What we liked
- + 12.25 x 18.25 inch self healing mat with a full 12 x 18 inch grid, one inch and half inch increments and 1/8 inch marks.
- + Includes an 18 inch cork backed stainless steel ruler and a hobby knife with 10 #11 spare blades.
- + Kit style purchase from the same maker as the mat set it replaces, so the mat and knife come as one order.
Trade-offs
- - Listing is aimed at quilting and fabric as well, so the grid is not specific to miniatures.
- - Smaller than the 24 x 36 inch mats in this guide, so large kit sheets will not fit.
