What we liked
- + Opaque fluorescent color reaches maximum brightness over a white basecoat, the usual base for glow effects
- + Glows under ultraviolet or black light, which adds punch to plasma, lenses and spell effects
- + Water-based, non-toxic and optimized for brush and airbrush, with 1:1 thinning advised for spraying
Trade-offs
- - Needs a white basecoat underneath to reach full brightness, which adds a step to each glow effect
- - A single 17ml bottle in one color, so a range of glow colors means buying several
